Yoga in Practice


Yoga practitioners are shaping its future through the daily practice. The change will be a constant in his life – if you recognize the consequences of change as it occurs, or after.
However, mankind will never change the luck. We want the joy of the moment of birth, our last day, but what we find, collect and maintain happiness? Consider two simple steps to happiness a part of your daily life.
Consider unusual for students to yoga, which is increasingly self-conscious. Why am I here? What is my purpose in life? The answer is happiness. With our knowledge, most of us want more food, shelter and clothing. So where to start and how we are lucky to get it right?
1. Happiness comes from within. It is not a takeover. If you could have unlimited money, there is no guarantee of happiness. 2. Recognize that you have the right to be happy. This is a fact that many people are in complete denial. Often this is the most common way to block to find happiness. We have our destiny than we think. If you see a dark future – that will path that we expect in life.
Why deny people their right to be happy? In some circle yoga, there is a belief in a denial of the right to happiness, because it is seen as self-centered motivation. Please consider this: people are happy in this world to cause damage to others and spread of the disease? You already know the answer, but look at our history for the test.
 Yoga in Practice
As a government, religion or social rules to ensure the happiness, will not take long for his subject, his followers to torture, imprisonment, executions and created. On a much smaller scale: A person who is unhappy, can spread a lot of negativity. A person has an impact on family and community. Why not spread happiness instead of sorrow and calamity? There is no joy in making misery for others.
Never feel guilty about the fact that happy. Enjoy every moment, and your life will change the world around you – for the better.
